Terms governing your access to Motion Transfer

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Motion Transfer services and related systems operated by Motion Transfer ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. You are responsible for:
Motion Transfer animates a subject using movement from a reference video, with the subject's identity retained as the generation target. Face swapping is prohibited. Accounts and credits support these generation workflows.
This section is supplemented by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service may rely on third-party model or infrastructure providers. Availability, latency, content moderation, output quality, and other behaviors may depend on those providers and may change without notice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, or compatibility with all environments or source media.
The Service, including software, workflows, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by Motion Transfer or its licensors and protected by law. Except for limited rights granted in these Terms, no additional rights are transferred to you.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud risk, legal risk, non-payment, or provider restrictions. Provisions that should survive termination, including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity, will survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motion Transfer and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your Inputs, Outputs, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Motion Transfer is established. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts or other legally permitted dispute-resolution forums in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use after updates means acceptance.

We provide an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party model provider unless explicitly stated. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify supported services. Our account, credit, upload and generation workflows use upstream AI models; their availability, speed and output quality may change.
